Yoga Ratna with Perma Future
Good morning everyone, and welcome to this new start! Did you wake up today happy for simply being alive? Or you just didn’t notice…? Were you anxious to get things done already, or a little bit sad and you don’t know why?
Might these questions not sound weird to you at all! It’s just simple curiosity, related to the intimate relationship we are trying to establish, and that we commit to establish within oneself.
In fact, some personal facts you might not know about us is that we both practice Yoga since 2013! We follow a different guide, but merge in the sense of peace and unity that these practices lead to, because Yoga is not only body shapes with strange names: it’s a way of living that through a physical practice colonizes a sense of mind, a self perception, conveying energy to what matters most. And the success of Yoga is given by its capacity of showing us who we really are, and the obstacles from where we are to whom we are meant to be. It supports us through the journey of self realization, also because it spreads in us the principles of a quiet and peaceful being, planting the seed of a meditative perspective on life and relationship to the self.
After 4 years of academy, MaVie just graduated in Yoga Ratna, a way of practicing in which the focus of the maintenance of the postures is the identification with the symbol: we aren’t just the warrior goddess, we are Sanjana, who won every battle in every world she fought in! We aren’t just balancing on a foot and a hand: we are giving an ode to the Moon, collecting her principles within our hearts.
This helps every practitioner to deepen the presence in the practice, and the beginners to realize a form with less effort.

And they are going on every Saturday morning from 10 to 11:45, in English, from here until the end of July with two exceptions.

MaVie started teaching in 2020: you will find a present teacher leading a smooth sequence that will put you in contact with your energy flow, so you can direct it wherever you need.
In every class there is a part dedicated to centering the mind, and Pranayama - the focused attention on the breath flow.
In the gym we have mats, but bring your cover or pillow and every other props you want to use.
At the end of the lesson, a tea and oracle cards readings are offered.
